It means the world that we have been able to bring back good customer service, good prices and a friendly digital smile. We are not perfect but we do everything we can to make your experience a happy one.
As you may know, our products are constantly revolving. We may have 1 or we may have 10 and they may be here this week and gone the next. We have mostly new products, but sometimes we have some products that need to be discounted, so if it isn't listed as new, then please make sure you read the description where conditions will be listed on the top in the Description box. Any products that are not new, we test, clean and try to get it back as close to factory as possible.
We are growing fast and with that comes new ideas on how to better serve you. We just put in a Chat so you can communicate with us live. If we miss you, no worries, we respond back fast. We will be posting more on blog to keep you up to date on what is going on at Jispers
One thing that is coming very soon, is personalization. We aren't sure yet how we are going to set it up, but you'll be able to buy your favorite products and if you want your name on it or a family member or even a favorite phrase on it, we will be able to do that for you.
We are always welcome to suggestions, but if it's solicitation, please use email. That contact page is for customer contact and solicitation by Contact form will not even make it to the CEO. We do except suggestions and if a price is to much or you want to group products in shipping, please ask via Chat or email and we may consider the request. As some of you are aware, we are really working hard to bring back home town shopping to the online world. If you come to us several times or buy something, we will remember you.
We offer quite a few payment options and shipping options, but we do not store any payment information or sell any of your information to another party.
For your security, we record each packaging to make sure that each package makes it through the post offices questionable shipping standards. We also record when we inspect an item that isn't new. We really try to make every experience great and make sure you get the stuff you want safely. We aren't perfect and when we make a mistake, we go out of our way to make sure we do what we can to correct it, so we hope that you will always give us a chance to fix things before leaving a bad Google review. Please!
Sometimes prices go down or up that we haven't found yet, but we always try to beat the rest of our competition, so if you find an equal listing and want to let us know or want to buy it, just Chat with us so we can check it out and see if we can beat their price. Times are tough on the pocket book / purse right now and Jispers doesn't want to add anymore weight on your shoulders with money and we want to make sure that your treated right, so stop paying some of these high prices and go where you know, you're not a number, but someone who cares about your needs and wants.
